About Us

We started our company in 2005. We specialize in building exceptional luxury homes Southaven, Hernando and Olive Branch. Our homes have some of the finest materials and craftsmanship in the area. The homes we build are not only well designed and structurally strong they take advantage of energy efficient technology on the industry.

We work with some of the area's finest Architects and real estate professionals. We only work with established and reliable subcontractors to ensure that the job is not only done right but that they stand behind their work as well. We install our own tile and hardwood flooring, trim, iron railing, shutters on most new construction

Building a great house is only part of the process, our relationship extends much further. We are dedicated to making the whole experience run smoothly. After all this is supposed to be a fun and exciting time. We appreciate you letting us be a part of it. We never lose site that our customers are the most important component of the building process.

Remodeling

In 2008, we entered into the remodeling market. We have found this to be an enormous amount of fun. We enjoy working closely with our clients in developing their project. We have had the pleasure of working with many fine clients who remain friends of ours to this day.

Premier Custom Homes LLC was formed in 2005 by Justin Sutton. Justin developed a strong interest in construction and architecture growing up. He is a licensed contractor in Mississippi as well as Tennessee and holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Memphis.
