Manufacturer's warranties are transferred directly to you at time of closing and cover appliances and certain mechanical equipment included in your home. Coverage can vary based on Manufacturer guidelines.

For Two Years

This covers major mechanicals including electrical, heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems outside of normal maintenance for two years.

For Ten Years

This covers all load bearing functions that include, for example, footings, bearing walls, girders and trusses for a period of 10 years

For One Year

This covers installation and workmanship on all working aspects of your home outside of normal maintenance for one year as set forth in the Mississippi New Home Buyers Warranty Act.
